I first learned about the benefits of massage therapy in 2012 when I was pursuing a career as a Cosmetologist in New York City. I would incorporate massage therapy for my scalp treatments and nail services. After great demand, I offered simple chair massages and I was very intrigued on how one massage can quickly change on how one feels on the inside and out. I was later inspired to become a licensed massage therapist and I wanted to do more than just offer beauty and relaxation services to my clients, I also wanted to give them visible and lasting results. In 2018, I became a licensed massage therapist and quickly excelled my career by massaging in my local gym by offering Sports massage therapy and PNF assisted stretching services. In 2019, I moved to Orlando and continued my work at Hand and Stone in Sodo District and became Lead Therapist in 2021. I have trained other massage therapists and I've helped a numerous amount of clients including teenagers, pregnant women, athletes and seniors in improving their flexibility and range of motion.

In 2022, I became certified in Medical Massage Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy. I wanted to create a concept where I can offer clinical massage therapy services without the "clinical feel. In 2023, I founded "Fountain Of Youth Therapies" and I later joined with a Doctor Of Physical Therapy, Dr. Idler Bonhemme, owner of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Metro West Florida to offer massage therapy services. I created a comfortable, spa-like environment in a private room within a physical therapy clinic. Everyone can achieve pain relief without any stress or discomfort.
